Guidelines You Must Know Before Booking:

1. Professional Boundaries

  • This is a sacred space for insight and guidance. Inappropriate behavior, such as flirting, offensive language, or steering the session off-topic, will result in immediate termination without a refund. Respect and professionalism are required to maintain a positive environment.

2. Sessions are conducted via Zoom or WhatsApp.

  • My camera will be on to display me during the session.

  • For tarot readings: Your camera is optional but highly encouraged. I connect WAY better when your camera is on.

  • For soulmate and mediumship sessions: Your camera must be on for these readings.

  • Session will be recorded for safety and documentation but will not be shared without your permission.

3. Payment Instructions

  • Payments must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled session to allow time for my preparation. 

  • Receiving payment at least 12 hours before your session ensures that our time together is confirmed. This allows me to prepare my schedule and make sure my energy is light, clear, and fully focused. By honoring this policy, you’re helping me provide your reading with the highest quality and depth possible. ✨

  • Once you pay, I’ll send you the zoom link or number, but I will not be on until the scheduled time.

Agreement to Terms:

By submitting payment to me via Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, or any other accepted method, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • All sessions are spiritual in nature and are intended solely for entertainment, personal insight, and general guidance.

  • These services do not constitute professional, medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and should not be relied upon as such.

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to book and receive a session. At any time, I may kindly request to view a valid photo ID or driver’s license to verify age. If you are unable to provide valid identification, or if your ID confirms you are under 18, the session will be cancelled and your money WILL be refunded.

  • No guarantees, warranties, or assurances are made regarding the accuracy, relevance, or outcome of any session.

  • You, the client, are solely responsible for any actions or decisions made based on the information provided during the session.

  • The reader is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in a session.

  • You agree to follow all session guidelines, including respecting boundaries and camera requirements.

  • You accept and understand the Cancellation and Refund Policy as outlined below.

Cancellation, Refund, and Rescheule Policy:

1. Payment and Booking

  • Payment must be received at least 12 hours before your scheduled session to confirm your booking.

  • Receiving payment at least 12 hours before your session ensures that our time together is confirmed. This allows me to prepare my day schedule and make sure my energy is light, clear, and fully focused. By honoring this policy, you’re helping me provide your reading with the highest quality and depth possible. ✨

2. Cancellations

  • More than 12 hours before your session: You may cancel and choose either a full refund or a free reschedule.

  • Less than 12 hours before your session: Payments are non-refundable, but you may reschedule your session once at no additional charge.

3. Late Arrivals & No Shows

  • I allow a 20-minute grace period if you're running late.

  • If you arrive within that window, your session will proceed as scheduled (time permitting).

  • If you are more than 20 minutes late without communication, your session is considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund. However, you may reschedule once at no additional cost.

I’m understanding and open to working with you if something unexpected happens. Just message me as soon as you can — I’ll do my best to accommodate, but I can’t promise changes outside the policy.
